01How does DOMIVENDOMO make money?
Publishing is currently free.
02How is my privacy protected?
AWS infrastructure to the European data-protection standard, two-factor login and account deletion built into the app.
03Can I pay through DOMIVENDOMO?
Not today. Payments are switched off and nothing is charged through the platform. You arrange payment for a stay directly with the provider.
04What happens if something goes wrong?
Planned: in a dispute, a person takes over.
05Do I need the app or is the browser enough?
DOMIVENDOMO runs in your browser today. There are no apps in the stores.
06How do I delete my listing?
In the Host dashboard.
07Which languages does the platform support?
UI in German, English and Arabic.
08Do I get a VAT invoice?
Not from us today: we process no payments and charge you nothing, so there is no invoice on our side. Payment goes directly to the provider, with no middleman — so only they can issue you an invoice showing VAT, under the rules of their country.
09Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Until the provider confirms, a booking with us is a request — nothing is charged on our side, because no money moves through the platform. What applies after a confirmation — deadlines, deposit, fees — is what you agree directly with the provider.
10What if the AI's answer doesn't match the listing?
The AI assistant is instructed to take facts about the listing only from the listing, to say when something is missing there, and to mark its own assessments as such. On thinly described listings it sometimes fills gaps anyway, not always flagged — so for figures, dates and commitments, rely on what the provider writes. If an answer does not match the listing, tell us via the contact link in the footer.
