How to delete your account in the app
- Open the DOMIVENDOMO app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Security settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm when prompted.
Deletion starts immediately after you confirm. You will be signed out and cannot sign in again with the same account.
Data that is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Account credentials and app settings
- Property listings and drafts you created
- Messages and conversations in the app
- Saved searches, favourites, and in-app preferences
- Push notification tokens tied to your account
Data that may be kept
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (e.g. payment or invoicing records) — up to 10 years where required by law
- Security and access logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) — up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics — retained without personal reference
When deletion is completed
Most account data is removed within 30 days after you confirm deletion in the app. Backups and systems that cannot be erased instantly are purged on a rolling schedule within the same 30-day window. Data we are legally required to retain is kept only for the minimum period required and is not used for marketing or profiling.
Cannot access the app?
If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered on your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion request.
