On thinly described ones we have seen answers that filled a gap from general knowledge — sometimes flagged as an estimate, sometimes not. So for figures, dates and commitments, rely on what the provider writes. We are tightening the guard.

How does the AI get the information about my listing?

You don't — the platform does. You fill in your listing: description, amenities, price, location. From then on the AI Twin answers from it automatically.

Which languages does it speak?

Replies in English, German and Arabic.

Can owners see what buyers ask?
