01Does the AI ever make things up?
Rarely — but yes, and we have measured it. The assistant is instructed to take facts about the listing only from the listing, to say when something is missing there, and to mark its own assessments as such. Even so, we have seen answers that filled in a missing detail from general knowledge — sometimes flagged as an estimate, sometimes not. So for figures, dates and commitments, rely on what the provider writes. We are tightening the guard.
02How does the AI get the information about my listing?
You don’t — the platform does. You fill in your listing: description, amenities, price, location. From then on the AI assistant answers questions automatically, drawing on those details.
03Which languages does it speak?
Replies in English, German and Arabic.
04Is the AI assistant GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All inference runs on AWS Bedrock in EU regions. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Providers can change or delete their listing at any time.
05How does DOMIVENDOMO make money?
Publishing is currently free.
06How is my privacy protected?
AWS infrastructure to the European data-protection standard, two-factor login and account deletion built into the app.
07Can I pay through DOMIVENDOMO?
Not today. Payments are switched off and nothing is charged through the platform. You arrange payment for a stay directly with the provider.
08What happens if something goes wrong?
Planned: in a dispute, a person takes over.
09Do I need the app or is the browser enough?
DOMIVENDOMO runs in your browser today. There are no apps in the stores.
