Rent it out — without an agent.

Your website address and written consent that we may work from it — including the assurance that you are allowed to hand us the photos. Without that consent the run doesn't start at all; it is wired into the tool. We need nothing more to begin.

Your domain only, ten pages at most, with pauses between requests, and robots.txt applies. Out of that comes a draft with title, description, amenities, room types with price ranges, house rules and a contact block. The model is not allowed to invent anything: what isn't on the page stays empty and moves onto the list of open questions we go through with you. It never guesses coordinates — a wrong pin on the map is worse than no pin at all.

Photos you hand us are recomputed to web size — and the EXIF data, GPS coordinates included, falls away in the process. Known stock photo portals are blocked; we take nothing from them. Images sitting on someone else's host are flagged “check the rights” and we come back to you about them. The sorting into room, bathroom, pool, lobby, restaurant, gym and exterior is a rough first pass: one word per image, no confidence score, anything unclear lands under “other”. That is why a person looks at the order before anything goes live.

The normal run ends in a draft folder. Publishing is a second, separate command — and it aborts as long as no reviewer on our side has put their name behind it. Without coordinates it aborts too. Every published listing visibly carries the note that the text was produced with AI assistance and checked by a human.
